Monday, October 7 begins the Appalachian Trail Challenge. Complete at least 50 miles of the trail in four weeks to receive a prize!
The modes which you can use to accumlate mileage include: hiking, outdoor running/walking, treadmil, stepper, stair or arc trainer.
The Pennsylvania Appalachian Trail is 229 miles long. It ranges from 1-9 (easy to difficult) rating, and is 320-2080 feet in elevation.
